KCHELLDAFOOS founded by Mr. PCS Pil-lai, who is the Chairman of the US$ 30 million UAE-based DAFOOS Group and in addition holds key positions on boards of companies in India and UAE with total annual turnover over US$ 80 million. An iconic figure in the UAE Fire Protection Industry, Mr. Pillai has been one of veteran entrepreneurs of the industry and a key partner in its progress over the past 3 decades. His entrepreneurial ventures have been across a wide range of industries and he has proved his acumen in his business enterprise and man-agement time and time again. DAFOOS Group of Companies includes companies that function within the purview of electromechanical con-tracting, facilities management, and fire & safety equipment trading. Known for his busi-ness expertise, over the past 3 decades Mr. Pil-lai has guided these companies leading posi-tions in their respective industries. The group has expanded operations to Qatar & Canada in 2010 and is reviewing growth opportunities in other emerging markets. In recognition of his exemplary contribution in the sphere of busi-ness and management, the Canadian Business Community (CBC) conferred him the Out-standing Service in Business and Management Award in 1998. He has been an active member of the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) USA since 1997 and Fire Protection As-sociation (FPA) UK since 2000. Mr. Pillai has offices across the UAE, India, Qatar & Canada and manages his operations from his corporate office in Dubai.
